This annual event brings together atheists, agnostics, freethinkers, secularists, non-believers, deists, brights, humanists and any other labels free-thinkers might apply to themselves from across Texas. Join us for three days of exciting activities, from inspiring and informative lectures, live music, comedians, seminars, panels, workshops, and dancing to social events including networking, community and conversation with other like-minded freethinkers.

As always, the Texas Freethought Convention is a family-friendly event with plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Secular organizations are especially encouraged to attend. The convention is an ideal setting to exchange ideas and network with other organizations throughout the state of Texas and beyond.

Expect to have a LOT of fun, so bring your friends too! We look forward to meeting you!

You can also reserve your room at the Hyatt, through the "Tickets" page. For those who are budgeting, you do NOT have to pay for your room now. The hotel won't charge you until you arrive there for the event. We suggest coming in Thursday night; we have early check in, and you'll be ready Friday morning for PZ Myers.
